Bellengere is not happy with the Queen who is brokering deals with Freeport while her city suffers, leaving the Circle to correct her blunders and repair the damage.
You’re sent to Baubbleshire where demonic forces are invading the area. You’ll have to destroy the demon scouts and gather earth near the portals so the mages can counter the spells used..

That which is ours (Bellengere the Three)
Bellengere is busy and needs a representative to reclaim tomes of knowledge from Castleview Hamlet. A faction of High Elves in the district wants to return to New Tunaria to "fulfill ancestral obligations". Bekkengere doesn't want them to leave with borrowed tomes. They may have simply forgotten they were borrowed, but your presence will help them turn the books back and you're allowed to use force if needed.
- Enter Castleview Hamlet and retrieve the tomes (775.51, -35.78, -91.64 )

Undead Uprising (Bellengere the Three)
A 'heretic' from Paineel arrived in town a week ago and went to Starcrest, gathering followers out of failed Concordium apprentices. He lost control of his powers and hordes of undeads are rampaging through the area. Bellengere has been petitioning Antonia for years to allow the study necromancy. He'll work to repair the political damages done and sends you to Starcrest Commune to kill the undead horde and discover what spells were used.
- Go to Starcrest Commune and kill undeads while gathering scattered journal pages written by the heretic

Level 40
So, I heard you like protals (Bellengere the Three) - reward: Banner of Elddar house item
It seems the arcane portals opened in Qeynos are disrupting the Concordium studies and spells. He did manage to found out how to close them for good with the notes you provided. The Baubbleshire portals are simple alteration-based gates from Rivervale and any other alteration-based spell cross-threaded into them will cause them to collapse. The Starcrest portals are a bit harder to close as you're not versed into necromantic arts. Bellengere will provide a relic to attune your energy to the foreign magic and allow you to close those portals. Assistants will help you in your task.
- Close 5 portals in Baubbleshire and kill the Nightblood warpers opening them.

- Return to Bellengere. He'll give you a device that should render the portals inert. The device is made out of bones and looks a lot like a necromantic tool.
- Place the device on the fountain (768.75, -20.40, 280.22 )... Undeads rush to the portal.
- Defeat the waves of undeads.
- Return to Bellengere. The goal of the relic was to summon our own force of undeads to defeat those of the heretic. It seems the portals only spawn new minions if the necromantic level of the district is low. Raising our own undeads, that stay inert near the portals, prevents the heretic to bring more hostile undeads.
You don't like it at all, but Bellengere reminds you that you are the one who summoned the undeads and so should keep silent. Necromancy is a tool, like other form of magic, that can be used for good or ill.
Level 60
No time for necromancers (Bellengere the Three)
Whole section of the tower are on fire and Bellengere wants you to go and get the heretic. His last task made you unconfortable though. Your undeads were destroyed and the portals reopened, which means the heretic is purposedly unleashing them upon the city. Bellengere tells you that Kyle Bayle has a better claim than Antonia on the throne and is on the verge of taking the city, with full support of the Concordium. Kyle is interested in this heretic, especially as he died hundreds of years ago
- When leaving the tower, you'll stumble upon the Illusionis adept Crexisz Lepidus. He'll tell you that Bellenger is brillant, but that brilliant individuals tend to disregard rules. Crexisz thinks that Antonia cares for her people while Kyle only seeks personnal power. He was in contact with General Vishra and hopes that you'll keep him in the loop.
- Search the house west of the entrance of Starcrest for signs of the heretic (729.75, -20.46, 265.08 ). You'll only find wet footprints.
- Search the waterway (718.84, -34.46, 320.74 ). You'll find an heretic's disciple who will reveal the location.
- Confront the heretic Rennan'Uquistis in the westernmost house of the district (814.45, -20.45, 291.03 )
- Return to Bellenger who is definatedly NOT happy to learn you had to kill the heretic. He wasn't at all concerned by the live of a few commoners and because of your actions, they will lack the knowledge to revive Kyle Bayle.
At that point, Bellengere seems to cast a spell and an unknown erudite shows up as a projection. The erudite will send somebody knowing the arts that will blend amongst the mages of the concordium. Bellengere will send a teachers of some arts unknown to the erudites.
The teacher will come through a Terminus portal. Those create an instable link between two points and they must be opened from both sides simultaneously and the way goes through a dimension not wholly understood. They do not radiate energy nor leave signature when closed. They cannot be traced. Bellengere never opened one and sends you to gather ingredients in Qeynos and Antonica while he consults his tomes, to "redeem yourself". - Collect fiery mane from the steeds in Irontoes East (NQ 334.22, -20.91, 126.72 )

- Collect a vial of pure ocean spray on the shoreline near the Tower of Oracles in Antonica (water sprout by -699.26, -39.44, -503.33 )
- Return to Bellengere behind the tower (737.48, -21.00, 97.19 ).
- Place the stones in a circle near Bellengere and give him the vial and mane. It's opposing elements and her collegue should be using earth and wind on the other side. Festyana Naestra arrives through the terminus portal and both of them go to Bellengere's chambers.
- Speak to Crexisz to tell him that Bellengere received the help of another necromancer who could be the Foci from Freeport's Arcane Academy
Level 80
In Too Deep (Crexisz - SQ Concordium Tower 710.48, -20.36, 118.54 ) - reward: Summoning robes of Bayle (level 80), Qeynosian Robes of Summoning (level 90), Title "of the Concordium"
The lack of presence from Bellengere is worrying Crexisz. He hopes that you might be able to gain audiance from him.
- Speak to Bellengere in his personal quarters (yellow teleport, zone in to "Personal Quarters of Bellengere the Three" at 699.40, 86.88, 130.50 ). You'll find him near an human called Festyana Naestra.
Festyana says that it's good Bellengere called her because the heretic was probably lacking the knowledge to help with Kyle. You interrupt her to say that new portals showed up in Starcrest before the heretic died and that the Kerra can't close them.
Kyle is no mere ghost. His spirit was pulled back into our plane before it could pass into the Ethernere and his soul spent centuries detached from his body. Binding him to a new vessel presents a problem. The portals are bound by two anchors, one in our plane and the other one in the plane where the souls inhabiting the undeads reside. This is not the Ethernere even if they eventualy connect there. These portals have thined the veil between our plane and the one from the undeads and a skilled mage could step through the veil and detach the anchors... And with that you're sent there to deal with the problem. - Go to Starcrest Commune and use the undead portals to pierce the veil and remove the undead anchors. You'll need to channel some necromantic power to help the city and mimic Festyanas incantation.
You may want to clean the zone first. You'll first need to click a portal (the new ones, with whispy skelettons rising, not the old ones, for example at 713.92, -19.93, 280.27 ). You can click the same portal every time.
Then Remove one anchor, rince and repeat

- Remove the final anchor (same locs as above). An unspeakable horror will attack you.
The unspeakable horror will spawn a bunch of adds at a time. It seems killing/hiting those adds heals the mob.
You need to stay close to the mob when the bubbles spawn and retreat when they explode. It will damage the mob but not you.
Start the process once more to finish removing the anchor to finally cleanse Starcrest. - Speak to Crexisz. You ask him how he wants to proceed as you're on your way to give the anchors to Bellengere to use them in the ceremony to infuse Kyle's essence into a vessel.
- Take the anchors to Felion Shadoweater in the tower to corrupt the anchors (blue teleport, 713.66, 35.22, 138.44 ). Warlocks do not use the same energy as necromancers, but he should be able to sever their arcane connections.
- Place the void anchors on the ground at his feet.
- Return to Bellengere.
You'll stumble onto a discussion where Bellengere asks Festyana why soulgems are adorning her staff and belt... Festyana turns into Opal Darkbriar. She doesn't want to impersonate Bellengere but only researchs knowledge and what she learned was useful. It strengthens the Overlord to see the tension between Antonia and the Circle of Ten remain... And at that point you're caught.
Opal immediatly finds out that the anchors were tempered with. Opal would have loved to turn you into one of her souls, but you're too powerfull for her to take the time to do it now.
The Circle with go ahead and bind Kyle's soul in a body without the help of Bellengere who would have used a method that could be reversed. Kyle has enough power to do it by himself and the host will be killed, giving Kyle lich-like powers.
You're offered a choice: try to help Bellengere or stand your ground. Either way, Bellengere will banish you from the tower and teleport you to the moat. - Speak to Crexisz in the waterway. He'll tell you that Bellengere alone cannot banish you and you're welcome to come back. You bought some time for Antonia to get prepared even if Kyle is still resurrected.

- Speak to Klecker at the temple about it (511.98, -31.67, -209.48 ). This one is on a quest to help damsels in distress and protect the weak, also on the councels of some High Elf.

Golias seems to think you have the making of a great City Guard and decides to test your skills by unraveling the mystery of Nettleville. The guard at Nettleville door think that something is wrong.
- Go speak to Guard Rendyl to learn more (682.70, -20.54, 266.15 ). It seems a lot of freeblood were hauled off the area.
- Enter Nettleville: Strange Tidings. You'll find a bunch of Circle of Ten milicia men and nettleville residents, before getting attacked by a freeblood (671.68, -24.78, 355.27 )
- Speak to a resident to get more infos (668.90, -20.44, 325.80 for example). It seems some totally peaceful freebloods went savage and started attacking people.
- Help peaceful freeblood escape. You'll need to find freeblood refugees hiding in the area, not those buy the stairs. The Circle of Ten is making no difference between regular freeblood and those turned savage.

Golias sends you to Willow Wood to investigate how the gnolls are coming in so steps can be taken to prevent it.
- Enter Willow Wood and speak to a resident (Keterin Bowkite 835.08, -20.30, -758.69 ). The gnolls are digging in through burrows at the southwestern corner of the wood.
- Investigate the burrows (874.97, -17.02, -603.31 ). It'll bring you to the Forest Ruins: Burrows.
- Check the area for clues. You'll find a note on a crate, signed by a qeynosian and speaking about an agreement (1007.69, -18.91, -679.83 ).
- Return to Golias by using the bell near the Qeynos door (895.24, -12.89, -561.39 ). He'll give the note to investigators.
Level 80
Changing of the Guard (General Golias Swyden) - reward: Qeynos Guard Breastplate, Title "Of the Qeynos Guard"The note was written with very high quality paper and ink. It points in the direction of one of the major houses of Qeynos, so your time with the guard is at an end and the investigation will be continued by the Royal Antonican Guard. You'll have to go to Beregis Geridion in the Sovereign House of Qeynos in South Qeynos.
- Report to Beregis Geridion (562.97, -14.70, 188.54 ). The Royal Antonican Guard answers directly to the King or Queen of Qeynos. There's factions around that don't feel Antonia is the rightful heir. The Qeynos Guard must remain neutral to protect the citizens regardless of their faction, so the Royal Antonican Guards takes on any investigation that could involve Qeynos faction politics.
The paper and ink used could only come from the Concordium or the Ironforge. You'll investigate the later. - Speak to Lord Drystan Ironforge at the barber in the Jewel Box in North Qeynos (382.56, -12.40, -236.55 ). He'll tell you that the Ironforge house have lots of high quality paper. He's a bit surprised when yo usee the actual paper. He's not very proud of it, but thinks there's something you should see in one of the family storehouse and warns you the guards will not be peacefull.
- Go investigate the storehouse of the building (391.69, -19.43, -249.05 )

- Locate Gelerth Bucklebrow. Use the track or be lazy and copy the waypoint (891.72, -25.07, -174.22 ). After waking up, you'll explain who you are and he'll tell you that he got hit by a beer stein and passed out.
- Defeat combatants in the zone
- Return to Tairiel who'll send you to Maître Rysian Arpenteclairière, one of the masters of the order, up the lift.
- Speak to Master Rysian Gladewalker (668.82, 10.91, -389.38 ).
Level 40

Master Rysian proposes you to take on the work started by Gelerth. The thief had stolen some goods intended for the dockmasters. He has hidden the goods and so you'll have to track down the thief and follow him to the cache without getting seen. You'll have to take the supplies to the dock after making sure the thief never steals again.
- Enter graystone yard, stealth yourself and track the thief (864.92, -6.16, -203.24 ) then follow him through the zone while stealthed until you reach his cache (894.27, -25.45, -111.94 )
- Talk to the thief. He tries to tell you he's a bit kleptomaniac. You'll have to kill him or let him go away and gather the crates around.
- Bring back the supplies to the dock workers in Qeynos Harbor. Dialogs are hilarious.

- Find Gelerth near the archery stands (565.18, -17.70, -411.57 )... Bad start: he thinks it's "fun" while the lessons are supposed to be "life and death"
- Step to the line near the archery target (559.63, -17.18, -407.04 ) and show the trainee how to shoot.
- Go to the caves (using the bell) to train in stealth and escort Gelerth to the 3 locations.

L'épreuve du Feu - Trial by Fire (Maître Rysian Arpenteclairière) - reward: Qeynosian Predatory Chestguard, Title "Tunarian Alliance Activist"
Maître Rysian has a very important mission for you. You'll need to speak to Daylia the Vigil, the head of the assassin guild to learn more
- Speak to Daylia on the platform (663.89, 12.22, -374.66 ). Your mission is to crash a meeting in the Down Below between two factions of highwaymen. There could be a plot against Qeynos and you'll have to eavesdrop to learn more and then execute the plotters.
- Speak to Gelerth (562.00, -17.39, -408.99 ) to invite him along... he'll have a confession to make: his parents were killed at sea and he was rescued by highwaymen who wanted him to infiltrate the Tunarian Alliance and mislead you. He came to love Qeynos and he respects you, so he doesn't want anything bad to happen to you. The meeting is a trap so that you don't learn the truth: they are planning to murder Antonia Bayle. Gelerth is going to turn himself to Master Rysian.
- Head to the secret meeting (-13.22, 6.94, -0.50 ) and use stealth to eavesdrop. Be carefull, there's a see-invis roamer. The 5 men in the room will try to kill you as soon as you reach them.
- You should track the "tueur à gages", using your tracking and stealth skills North Qeynos, the most likely place to find the Queen. You'll find him on the top of a chain over the bridge (416.36, -12.25, -24.52 )
- Knock down the assassin using your range weapon!
- Return to Daylia. You'll choose this time to ask for leniancy for Gelerth who was the one who told you of the plot.

Watching Over Qeynos (Akina) - reward: Banner of the Arbor house item
Antonia sent a request: an heretic necromancer has summoned undeads in Starcrest Commune and is recruiting apprentices. The Royal Antonican Guard is streached far too thin. As warriors of the light, it is our duty to remove the udeads, and we're better equiped than the guards for that. Akina will geave you a beacon to be able to contact you.
- Enter Starcrest Commune: Shattered Sanctum and defeat 5 undeads.
- Head to the central fountain (765.09, -20.48, 279.77 ). A mage from the Concordium will show up and place a relic above it, raising new undeads, townspeople, that will defeat the old ones. Seeing relatives in various state of decay is not gowing very well with the citizens. Contact Akina. She thinks the citizens will have to deal with their relatives by themselves, but they are too powerfull and so, she will grant you a spell allowing you to bless them with divine powers.
- Use the spell given ("Divine Avenger", it will show in your spell list in your knowledge book) on "a starcrest citizen". The Citizens will follow you and attack the closest "former starcrest citizen". You'll have to hlep them kill the mobs.
Beware, when a fight is ended, the buffed citizens will shortly come back to their NPC state and you'll have to recast the buff on them.
If you die, the citizens still buffed will come back to you. - Return to Akina. it seems Bellengere the Three, head of the Concordium, was behind the latest atrocity. He can be brillant but oft makes questionable judgments. He has been petitionning Antonia for months to make legal the study of necromancy. Akina will bring the news of Bellengere violation of the law to the Circle of Ten.
Level 60
Karma Concordium (Akina)
Akina's petition to the Circle of Ten was fruitless as Bellengere claimed no necromancy was used to make the relic and that it was used against his orders by an apprentice. You'll need more proof to accuse him in front of Antonia Bayle. Conversing with Bellengere may reveal his motives if he's pride makes him think himself above the law.
- Use the yellow teleporter in the Concordium Tower and speak to Assistant Rystan on your way down the hallway (714.43, 86.87, 121.79 ). He will tell you that Bellengere is very busy due to some urgent and very private business and to return on the morrow.
- Go back to the entrance of the tower. You'll be stopped by Crexisz Lepidus (709.89, -20.36, 119.24 ). You'll learn that the Concordium is made of several factions and that a lot are worried about the current interest from bellengere in the Dark Arts. Confronting him will tell you nothing as he always use his connections and legal loopholes to absolve himself.
Crexisz cannot ask by himself, but he could subdue Rystan's mind and give you access to Bellengere's private study so you can search for any evidences within: papers and tomes written by Bellengere speaking of necromancy. You'll need to leave through the door (teleportation spells would leave a trace) and bring anything to the priests. Beware of traps! - Go back up the yellow teleport to reach the Personnal Quarters of Bellengere the Three (blue portal at 698.58, 86.88, 131.13 ).
- Gather the papers scattered in the zone (your first attempt at gathering will always trigger a trap, so interract twice with the papers. Beware your life!)

Divine Intervention (Akina) - reward: Qeynosian Vicar's Breastplate, Title "Celestial Watcher"
Akina needs to speak you in private and asks you to go to Antonica and use the beacon she gave you.
- Go anywhere in Antonica to use the beacon given to you.
Akina is very upset. The documents you brought her show that several members of the Circle of Ten are trying to resurrect Kyle Bayle to contest Antonia's claim to the throne. As the city falters, he gained a popular following and, as he is of an earlier Bayle lineage than she, he could usurp the throne. The watch is adamantly against this as he is not human and as "providing him with a body" will probably need several deaths. She wasn't able to contact Antonia due to what happened at the Concordium and there is another problem. Bellengere has been experimenting with portals and some spirits partially stepped through who could possess living beings and one could be too powerfull to be defeated by a mortal being.
Akina and Prophet Bainyn are planing a rite that would destroy any undeads and block the attemps at resurrecting in the city, killing two undeads with one stone. She'll need some special components. - Gather chunks of luclinite from mutated beetles in Antonica, all around Crater Pond (134.29, -15.18, 439.76 )
- Gather Essence of Death from the Tomb of Varsoon in Antonica (361.44, -19.69, -662.85 )
- Gather Essence of Life were the Temple of Life meets the pond below in North Qeynos (554.69, -36.76, -214.80 )
- Contact Akina through the beacon (can do it in Qeynos). They are trying to create an Animus portal, a dimensional gateway that only allow spirits to pass but no corporeal beings. They are highly unstable and need to draw onto spiritual energies to maintain themselves and will attract every weaker spirit. It will also attract the stronger one, and we'll be able to banish it. The constant pull will also prevent nearby spirits from returning to this realm and so any resurrection attempt on Kyle will fail. It will only fail in Qeynos though and it's why Prophet Bainyn called a Circle meeting, to draw off unwanted attention from their spies and from Bellengere who will be in attendance. The priests will gather in the temple.
A mortal ancor will be needed for the rites, a mortal being infused with the potency of a god. It is neight impossible, but you were prophesized for this role. Akina will help you transcend this plane and project your spirit into their realm. - Gain the blessing of the gods
The gods first ask themselves how somebody could be bold enough to contact them directly. The gift of transforming a mortal into a powerfull vessel is not given lightly and your desires are insignificant to them... But there is another vessel on this plane, a vessel that shouldn't, musn't exist on this plane and could threaten the very existence of mortals. You are meant to purge it.
Light fills your eyes, heat radiates from your chest, bruning, the core of a sun... But you are not in pain, you are...
You gain the ability to become a Celestial Avatar, ability bestowed by Rodcet Nife, Mithaniel Mar, Quellious and Tunare. - Speak to Akina in the Temple of Life (557.18, -75.55, -217.01 ). You must be careful that your soul is not ripped assunder in the process of anchoring the portal.
- Place the luclinite chunks around the portal to begin the ceremony (blue sparkles).
The lesser spirits will come, one after the other... Until something else appears - Defeat the Unstable Avatar.
Technical note: The mob is epic x2. Cast the spell given to you, Celestial Avatar, as soon as he is available. He lasts for 20s only and allows you to hit the mob more strongly. There is also a powerfull health regen tied to it. When the spell is not up, you'll have to rely heavily on heals. Around 10% of the Avatar life, Unholy powers will tear through you but form will endure it. Barely. Save a major healing spell for that moment. You will be kb through the air but the mob seems to be rooted for some seconds, allowing you to survive. - Speak to Akina who wonders what that thing was. She knew Bellengere had called forth powerfull spirits but that was worse. It was the will of the gods.
The portal is now safely anchored in our world and should remain open for some time.
There shouldn't be any major problems with the Circle. Akina will try to inform the Queen of all that happened.
